    Novice Teams

Novice athletes learn basic motions, jumps, stunts, and tumbling while gaining valuable competition experience with a lower time commitment.

    Prep Teams

Prep teams are designed for athletes looking for a more competitive experience while still maintaining a balanced commitment level. These teams continue to develop technique, performance quality, stunting, and tumbling skills with more advanced routines and training. Prep is a great stepping stone for athletes preparing to transition into Elite cheer.

    Elite Teams

Our Elite teams are for athletes ready to compete at the highest level of All-Star Cheer. These teams require dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment both inside and outside the gym.
